I placed $500 order for tickets with Northside Tickets of Houston this spring.I received a phone call two days before show informing me that there was a malfunction in their web site when I purchased the tickets, and they were not available, They agreed to refund my money.
This has not happened after several months and many phone calls. Every time I call, I'm told that "the owner" is out, and will have to review my account, etc. I've noticed many recenty on-line complaints with Norhtside Tickets.
My next step is to file complaints with the Texas Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, and Federal Trade Commission.Watch out, because there is something
